Head High
$8.00/13 oz Goblet
IPA - American | 6.6% ABV | 80 IBU | Kane Brewing Company | Ocean, NJ • Head High is our interpretation of an American-style India Pale Ale (IPA). This beer is all about the hops; we use a blend of five different varieties all grown in the Pacific Northwest. A small charge of Chinook and Columbus early in the boil adds a smooth bitterness. A majority of the hops are then added late in the kettle or post-fermentation to produce a beer that is heavy on hop flavor and aroma. The combination of Cascade, Centennial, Citra, and Columbus gives Head High a noticeable grapefruit flavor with aromas of citrus, tropical fruits, and pine. Our house American ale yeast ferments to a dry finish that accentuates the use of imported Pilsner and lightly kilned crystal malt resulting in Head High’s straw color and crisp flavor.
Acoustic Jams
$8.00/13 oz Goblet
IPA - Imperial | 8% ABV | Brix City Brewing | Little Ferry, NJ • Unplugged and ready to rock, Acoustic Jams is a NE style DIPA intensely Double Dry Hopped with Citra+Mosaic and one of our favorite hops, El Dorado. Yukon Cornelius Coffee Porter
$7.50/13 oz Goblet
Porter - Coffee | 5% ABV | 33 IBU | Icarus Brewing | Brick Township, NJ • The dark roasted aroma will hit you first before giving your palette a coffee taste as complex and authentic as you are likely to have this side of the Caribbean Sea. A light malt taste accompanies you until the finish, when the rye undertones come to fruition as the Yukon Cornelius sticks the landing. The rye adds a light smokiness that keeps the taste from being too sweet or too bitter, just like a dark cup of cold brew coffee. One sip and you will feel the confidence to fight a bumble, befriend a reindeer, and grow a foot long beard (not guaranteed.) And at 5% ABV, you’ll still feel ready to search for silver and gold all winter long.
